Data Centre De-Constructed

For the last seven years, my “office” has been the inside of a data centre construction site. As an electrician by trade and now an Electrical Site Manager here in Frankfurt, I’ve had a front-row seat watching these massive, complex buildings go from empty shells to the humming heart of our digital world. I’m the guy who helps coordinate everything from the MV power systems and backup generators to the intricate security and fire suppression systems, right through to the final commissioning tests.
